Effective Date: July 14, 2026 Legal Entity: Amonda LLC (“the Company,” "Store," “we,” “us,” or “our”)

By purchasing, acquiring, or using any capsule toy, blind box, token, machine, or merchandise (collectively referred to as "Products") from Amonda LLC, or by accessing, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing through our online storefront (located at amonda.store and all associated domains, collectively referred to as the "Website"), or by entering our physical business premises, you explicitly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, E-Commerce Policies, and absolute Waiver of Liability. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Website, refrain from purchasing our Products, and leave our facilities.

1. E-COMMERCE ACCOUNT, USE, AND SECURITY

  • Eligibility: By creating an account or checking out on our Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • Account Security: If you create a user account on our Website, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities, purchases, and transactions that occur under your account.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit website content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

2. ONLINE SALES, SHIPPING, AND TAXATION

  • "AS IS" Sale & Finality: All purchases made through the Website—including individual blind boxes, capsule transactions, tokens, and merchandise—are strictly final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to: receiving duplicate items, receiving a variant or character not preferred by the customer, or general dissatisfaction with the random item received. All Products are sold strictly on an "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Shipping & Delivery Restrictions: To maintain compliance with multi-state commercial operations, domestic shipping options on our Website are strictly limited to destinations located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We do not ship to addresses outside of Pennsylvania, nor do we fulfill international orders.

  • Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from our Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the third-party shipping carrier.

  • Sales Tax: In accordance with Pennsylvania state law, applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and automatically added to your checkout total based on the final delivery address provided within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

3. CHOKING HAZARD & SAFETY WARNINGS

  • CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: Products sold by Amonda LLC contain small parts, small balls, and detachable components.

  • CHOKING HAZARD: These Products are NOT toys for infants or toddlers. They pose a severe, life-threatening choking hazard.

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the original manufacturer, all products sold by us are intended solely for adult collectors and individuals aged 15 years and older. They are not intended for young children.

  • SUPERVISION: Parents, legal guardians, and accompanying adults assume 100% full, exclusive, and non-delegable responsibility for supervising any minors in proximity to these Products.

4. ABSOLUTE WAIVER OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and dependents, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Amonda LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of:

  • The ingestion, inhalation, misuse, or handling of any Products, blind boxes, or capsules.

  • Any physical injury, choking incident, illness, allergic reaction, or death caused directly or indirectly by the Products.

  • The mechanical operation or physical use of the gachapon vending machines, token dispensers, or physical store fixtures.

  • Any presence on or use of the physical business premises of Amonda LLC.

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our Website, including any technical errors, transaction failures, or digital service interruptions.

You explicitly acknowledge that you are voluntarily purchasing these items, utilizing the Website, and/or entering the premises, and you knowingly and fully ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with the items and the digital platform, including the risk of minor or severe physical injury to yourself or any minors under your supervision.

5. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

In no event shall Amonda LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, medical expenses, emotional distress, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of our Website or Products. In all circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability of Amonda LLC for any claim arising out of a digital transaction, physical transaction, or visit shall be strictly limited to the actual dollar amount paid by the customer to the Company for the specific transaction giving rise to the liability.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amonda LLC from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Products, your breach of these digital or physical Terms, your negligence, or your failure to properly supervise minors in possession of the Products.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DIGITAL CONTENT

All content included on the Website—such as text, graphics, graphics layouts, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Amonda LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, extract, reproduce, or repurpose any storefront content without our express written consent.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

These Terms, E-Commerce Policies, and Waiver shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Website or Products shall be instituted exclusively in a state or federal court located in Pennsylvania. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
