Delivery Information

All items in our shop are physically in stock and ship directly from the United States. You never have to wait weeks for overseas drop shipping because every order is packed and handled right here.

Every order ships with tracking included. As soon as your package is labeled and ready for the carrier, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow the delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Rates and Package Sizing

Postal carriers calculate shipping costs using both package volume and physical weight. Many collectible items, plush goods, and specialty bags are very lightweight but require a larger box so they arrive in great shape.

Our store calculates shipping based on total box dimensions as well as weight. If you see an estimated weight at checkout that looks slightly higher than the actual scale weight of the items, that is simply the system accounting for the box size needed to protect your order. Our rates are set to match fair, real-world carrier costs without inflated handling fees.

Please note that all Gachapon purchase will be a random item, we cannot guarantee a particular style of toy.

As such we cannot accept any returns on any Gachapon or Blindbox toy. The randomness is part of the fun, enjoy whatever it is you got, even if it wasn't you were hoping for.
